Sadegh Mousavi is a multidimensional leader whose career uniquely bridges business, international management, and innovation. Sadegh Mousavi began his professional journey with education in social science research (B.A.) and management of development (M.A.) at the University of Tehran. From the outset, he demonstrated an exceptional ability to lead teams and institutions. By his early 30s, he had already directed some of Iran’s largest artistic organizations, including Tehran City Theater, Vahdat Hall, and the Iranian Youth Cinema Society. In these roles, he oversaw operations in each of these entities with 150+ employees, multimillion-dollar budgets, and international collaborations, developing strong expertise in governance, strategic planning, and cross-cultural team leadership.

In parallel with his artistic leadership, Mousavi built a successful track record in business development and international trade. As the founder of JP Salamat company, he secured exclusive representation for more than ten internationally recognized companies in the pharmaceutical and health sectors. His achievements include negotiating cross-border distribution agreements, managing complex supply chains, and ensuring compliance with global standards. These experiences gave him hands-on expertise in pharmaceuticals, raw materials, and health technologies—skills directly relevant to the health and wellness markets that Argol serves.

Sadegh Mousavi’s global outlook is reinforced by his international diplomacy and negotiation success, most notably registering the Tehran International Short Film Festival as an Oscar-qualifying event—a milestone that required navigating U.S. and European institutional frameworks. This ability to secure recognition, build credibility, and bridge cultural and regulatory systems mirrors the challenges and opportunities of bringing nutritional products and technologies to global markets.
